LOCKER SELECTION:
Begins THURDAY, 8/15/19 at 4:00 pm.
DO NOT attempt to put a lock on any locker before this date. We will be checking lockers on THURSDAY, 8/15/19, at random times, especially as it gets closer to 4:00pm, and will remove any and all locks found. Be aware that some locker sections may be closed off.
You must turn in a Locker Assignment form (PVPHS registration packet or on the counter) to the Hawthorne Office or on Registration/late registration day! IF YOU DO NOT TURN IN THIS FORM, AND YOU HAVE A DISPUTE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VERIFY THE LOCKER YOU CHOSE. ALL LOCKERS NEED TO BE ACCOUNTED FOR AT ALL TIMES. NOTIFY THE HAWTHORNE OFFICE OF ANY LOCKER CHANGES.
