If you would like to bring a guest to Homecoming you must fill this application out and bring it in when you purchase the tickets by Wednesday, September 24th.
If the guest attends PV High School or RDM or DLA then no guest pass is required. Instead a pictureof the student's school id card can be used to purchase the dance ticket.
