Sophomores and their parent(s) must attend either this morning's or this evening's Counselor group presentation in order to sign up for a student-parent-counselor private counseling session. The purpose of Sophomore Counseling is to discuss college plans and work on a plan of action for meeting those goals.
The PVPHS Counseling Staff created the Sophomore Counseling Program to support the continued success of our students as they pursue educational and career goals. Two essential components of the Sophomore Counseling Program include a group presentation and an individual parent/guardian/student/counselor meeting.
The group presentation will be offered on Wednesday morning, January 17TH @ 8:30AM, and then again Wednesday evening, January 17th @ 6:00PM. Parents/guardians AND students MUST attend one of the group presentations in order to schedule the individual appointment with their school counselor. At the end of the group presentation, each family will schedule a 20 minute, individual meeting with their counselor at a future date of choice.
