Students must have proof of current physical with them in order to participate in any sport tryouts.
Physicals are good for one year.
Girls' Tennis Tryouts: Monday July 19, 2021 (Varsity Only) and Tuesday, July 20, 2021 (all others)
Girls' Varsity Tryouts are invitation-only and will start at 9 a.m. and last until 3:00 p.m. with a break for lunch.
The following people are invited to the July 19th tryout:
- Last year's JV players
- Incoming 9th graders who play tournaments and have a UTR above 4.5
- Transfer students who previously played on their school's varsity team.
Current varsity players need not tryout again
Girls' F/S and JV Tryouts If trying to make the F/S or JV team please report to the Pen High tennis courts at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 20th with racquet, water, and your sports physical. Expect to play until 3 p.m. We will break for lunch. We will be playing tie-breakers, and you will have multiple chances to prove your worth. Even the Frosh/Soph team is not for beginners.
