Cap & Gown Distribution

Herff Jones’s graduation product delivery date is Wednesday, April 23, 2025.  Seniors report to the cap and gown distribution station in the gym immediately after the panoramic photo.  Check the cap and gown package to make sure it is complete. Cap and gown packages should include a cap, gown, tassel and medallion.  If something is missing or the size seems wrong, email Jennifer at [email protected].  If your student purchased the gown, cap, tassel and medallion, they will keep all of those items after Graduation.  If your student requested a loaner by the December deadline, then the gown, cap, tassel and medallion must all be returned to the Herff Jones representatives on Friday when you come to school to get your diploma.  Diplomas will not be given to students who requested loaners until the loaner gowns, caps, tassels and medallions are returned immediately following Graduation.  Once all 4 items are returned, students receive a receipt, verifying the return.  Counselors will give diplomas to students once they show their gown return receipt. If your student did not meet the deadlines to rent/purchase a gown, students may purchase their cap and gown package on 4/23. If you are absent that day, your cap and gown will be available in P115.
