Coachability- Maintain a positive, productive attitude when learning new skills/tactics while immediately applying coaching instruction. Patience is given with every student athlete, but those who demonstrate proactive reinforcement of instruction will receive stronger consideration than those who need regular reminders of previous instruction.

Athleticism- A mini-combine will test speed, strength, and overall fitness through a combination of swimming, mobility, and leg strength exercises.
