On Tuesday, March 18, we had technical issues that did not allow us to complete the 11th grade Statewide testing. The error was unfortunately not something that the site could fix within the testing period this morning. We apologize to those 11th grade students and families that made sure to be in attendance today to do their best for our school, teachers and themselves in completing the testing. We appreciate all that you do for our school.
As a result, we will need to create one final testing day. The final day of testing will be Wednesday, March 26th. The schedule for that day will be the same as it was today, March 18th (see below). We are very sorry for the inconvenience this causes for transportation, but the value of these tests for our students and our school is immense, so making the time to complete all 3 tests (English, Math and Science) is vital. California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) is the statewide student assessment system.
This year, all PVPHS 11th Grade students will be tested. All testing is performed using Chromebooks. Pen High will be on special bell schedules during the 2025 testing period - March 10, 11 & 18, 2025 - see schedule below.

Juniors should report to their assigned testing rooms (see assignments below) by 8:25am each day. Freshmen, Sophomores and Seniors should arrive on campus 5-10 minutes before their first class. of the day:
