Athletic & Activity Clearance Procedure

All students must be "cleared" to participate in any school sport or activity. The athletic and activity clearance procedures have been completely updated from years past. Please read and follow these instructions carefully:

 
PARTICIPATION DONATIONS
Each sport / activity has a recommended Participation Donation amount (see chart below). These funds help to pay for tournament entries, transportation, and more. Checks should be made payable to "PVPHS" and have the student name and activity written on the memo line. All Participation Donations should be turned in at the Student Store - NOT given to the coach or adviser.
 
Donations are voluntary and students who choose not to make a participation donation or who make a donation in an amount different from that listed below will not be denied the right to participate or otherwise penalized in any way
