DIRECTIONS TO COMPLETE SENIOR YEAR END ACTIVITY & SURVEY

1. Log on to SchooLinks (directions are below)
2. From Home Page/Dashboard click on SHOW REMAINING TO DO’s
3. Complete SENIOR YEAR END ACTIVITY to request your final transcript (about 5 minutes) - DUE BY JUNE 6
4. Complete SENIOR SURVEY to be included in the Senior Destinations published by Pen Newspaper (less than 2 minutes) - DUE BY MAY 15

IF YOU WANT TO CHECK UP TO SEE IF YOU COMPLETED THE SENIOR YEAR END  ACTIVITY & SENIOR SURVEY FOLLOW THESE STEPS

1. Log on to SchooLinks (directions are below)
2. From Home Page/Dashboard click on COMPLETED TO DO’s and the following should be listed in this area

TO CHECK WHICH SCHOOL YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPT WILL BE SENT

2. From Home Page/Dashboard click on COLLEGES in the left hand tool bar
3. Choose ENROLLMENT DECISION from the drop down menu. School noted  is where your transcript will be sent                 

IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR FINAL SELECTION

1. Log on to SchooLinks (directions are below)
2. From Home Page/Dashboard hover on COLLEGES in the left hand tool bar
3. Choose ENROLLMENT DECISION from the drop down menu. School noted  is where your transcript will be sent
4. Click REMOVE DECISION and follow the prompts to add the correct final decision from your College Applications List
5. Send an email to aricoj@pvpusd noting the change and include documentation of the withdrawal from the original college/university.

Transcripts ordered AFTER JUNE 5th cannot be guaranteed to arrive by July 1.
