Good Morning.

 

I hope you all have been considering your analysis of one of the prompts for the Gatsby essay.  As your brain fills with ideas, take the time to put them into words on paper.  This brainstorming can take many forms any of which should allow you to see what your idea looks like after it moves from your brain to the page.  Focus on your best ideas.  Then, develop them even more.  Keep asking questions and exploring possible consequences beyond those spelled out in the book.  

 

As your analysis achieves depth, you might want to start considering the way you want to organize your explanation and support.  This framework should really help you stay clear and focused in your writing.
