Club Event Request Form

A regular club meeting is an on-campus, lunchtime activity. For all other club events, you must complete an online Event Request Form. It will take up to 2 weeks for requests to be approved (or denied) - so PLAN AHEAD!!

CHARTERING A CLUB

Each year we encourage students to start a club that can bring students together who share similar interests and passions. The window opens for Club Charter applications for three weeks each September. Any student can submit an application; the main requirements are to make sure the club’s purpose is not already the focus or objective of another organization or club on campus and procuring a Pen High staff member to serve as the club advisor. Once applications are received, the club presidents will be asked to make a presentation to the ASB explaining the purpose of the proposed club. Club Fundraisers

Clubs must get approval from ASB before holding any fundraisers! For more information visit the Fundraising Information page
