Transcript Requests

Transcripts, as well as verification of enrollment and graduation and immunization records, can be ordered online using this link.

Please note that transcript requests will not be processed during the two week winter break and the one week Spring Break.

SENIORS NEEDING MIDYEAR TRANSCRIPTS:

All seniors who need midyear transcript to be sent to their colleges, please order your transcript by following the following steps:

1) Order your transcript through scribbles at this link https://pvpusdca.scriborder.com/, then

2) complete the TEAMS form using the link below that corresponds with your School Counselor.

Midyear transcripts will be available on Friday, January 17th. Please allow up to 48 hours for transcript orders to process. Transcripts are processed Monday – Friday.
