Ordering Transcripts - Current and Former PVPHS Students

Transcripts, as well as verification of enrollment/graduation/immunization records, can be ordered online using this link.

 

Please note that transcript requests will not be processed during the two week winter break and the one week Spring Break.

Submitting Transcripts From Outside Organizations
If you have completed a course through an outside organization, and received prior approval from your counselor to do so, then the transcript must be emailed directly from the outside organization to our registrar Mr. Cordova at [email protected].
