  • Scheduling for Current PVPUSD 8th Graders
Pen High counselors will travel to each of the District middle schools twice (see dates below). On the first visit the counselors will meet with the incoming Panthers as a group to explain the scheduling process including choosing a balanced course load. They will give each student a scheduling packet to take home and share with parents. Each student will log into their Aeries student portal account between April 1 and April 15 and enter their course requests. On the second visit, each counselor will sit down individually with each of their assigned students, collect their signed scheduling worksheets, and review the student's course requests with them.
