REGISTRATION MATERIALS
The 2026-2027 Peninsula High Registration Packet is now available through Member Planet HERE. Please take the time to read through this document. All students must have their parent / guardian complete the Academic Integrity Form online HERE.
 
In addition to the Pen High specific information above, parents must log in to their Aeries Parent Portal to access annual PVPUSD notifications, complete confirmations and update student information. Directions for using the Aeries Parent Portal can be found HERE on the District website. The District's registration instructions can be found HERE.

Families are encouraged to use the many online options to join booster clubs, support their favorite groups, and purchase items. Many items (ASB Card, Link Crew Card, Senior donation, etc.) can be purchased online through the PVPHS GoFan Portal, However, students may bring forms with them and drop them off when they enter the gym. 
IDs / LOCKERS / TEXTBOOKS DAY 
Peninsula High registration for all enrolled students will be held on Wednesday, August 19 in the Amphitheater. Students will have their id pictures taken, pick out their locker, and checkout their textbooks. If you would like to order pictures, please print, complete and bring the Picture Order Form.
 
PARENTS OR OTHERS MAY NOT ATTEND FOR A STUDENT. If your student cannot participate on this day, they must come back on LATE ID PICTURE DAY, the first day of school, WEDNESDAY, August 26, 2026 from 11:00am-3:00pm. AGAIN, NO PARENTS WILL BE ADMITTED INTO THE REGISTRATION AREA.
 
ID Picture Schedule:
Wednesday, August 19
        • Seniors 7:30am  - 9am
        • Juniors 9am - 11am
        • Sophomores Noon - 2pm
        • Freshmen 2pm - 4pm
 
Wednesday, August 26 - MAKEUP DAY
For all students who did not attend on August 19
11am - 3pm in the Community Room. Students should report to their classes in the morning.

Remember that all students / parents must complete the Academic Integrity Form online HERE
 
Locker Selection – Wednesday, August 19, after picking up your ID card and textbooks, choose an available locker. Write down your locker number and combination, then place your lock on your selected locker. Next, proceed to the new Main Office in the Hawthorne Building (formerly the Attendance Office). At the office windows, use one of the laptop computers to complete and submit the online Locker Information Form. Be aware that some lockers may be closed off. If you do not submit this form and later have a dispute, we will not be able to verify the locker you chose. All lockers need to be accounted for at all times. Notify the Attendance Office of any changes.
 
Please note - Registration is only for students who are already fully enrolled - i.e. students coming to Pen from Ridgecrest, Miraleste, or PVIS, OR students who are new to our District and have completed the online enrollment process and met with our registrar providing Proof of Residency and all other required documents. Enrollment will not be processed at Registration. Instructions for enrolling at PV Peninsula High can be found HERE on the school website.
 
TEXTBOOK DISTRIBUTION
Students may pick up their textbooks at the library August 19-21 from 8am to 3pm. Students must bring a printout of their schedule and their new ID card.

August 24 and 25 - Library closed
August 26 on - Library open during regular school hours
 
SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS

Aeries will open for students and parents to view the student’s schedule for the 2026-2027 school year on the morning of August 19, 2026. After reviewing their schedules and picking up their new id cards in the gym, students in need of program changes may come to the Counseling Office following this schedule:

  • Seniors - Wednesday, August 19 from 8am until 11am 
  • Juniors - Wednesday, August 19 from Noon until 3pm
  • Sophomores - Thursday, August 20 from 10am to noon
  • Freshmen - Thursday, August 20 from 1pm until 3pm

 

ORIENTATION
Our Link Crew has planned an orientation day for freshmen and transfer students:
  • Thursday, August 20 @ 8am in the Field House - All Freshmen and new transfer students
