Hello Chemistry 1A Students,

 

Welcome to my Remote Learning (DL) and Hybrid Chemistry class.  We will begin this year (Fall 2020) online and as soon as the LA County Health Department gives us the affirmation to meet, some of you will be attending PVPHS in person to be taught chemistry in room H-60, which is my classroom.  Starting on Wednesday 26AUG2020 though, the class will be synchronous, which means that you will need to log into Microsoft TEAMS with a code that you will be given, and we will meet online during a 50 minute class period.  Since this Wednesday is the first day of  school, it is a minimum day, which means we will only meet for 1/2 hour.  Please check my Website tomorrow afternoon to find out more information about logging in, to download the syllabus and other informational papers, and to make sure you are ready to meet during your class time on Wednesday morning.  I will send out another notice with this information.  In the meantime, enjoy your last day off tomorrow before school starts, and don't forget to check in with me by checking my Website again by tomorrow afternoon.  Thanks.
